New Ambassador Terms and Conditions 2025
(Updated for App Store Compliance – Indonesia Edition)
1. General
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Asdor Digital Pte. Ltd ("Company"), governing your access and use of our websites, mobile applications, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to approved companies with a minimum number of employees as determined by the Company.
All full-time and part-time employees of approved companies are eligible to access platform benefits.
3. Service Description
Listings of new and second-hand devices
Diagnostic and valuation services for used devices
Trade-in services via authorized partners
Purchase of new products from verified suppliers
Other services as introduced by the Company
4. Enrollment & Approval
Companies must submit a completed online form via the AmBassador platform. The Company may approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.
5. Account Registration
Provide accurate, complete registration data
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized access
6. User Obligations
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia
Not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities
Refrain from interfering with the functionality of the Services
Provide truthful and accurate information
7. Buying & Selling Terms
For Sellers:
You legally own the device being sold
The device is not stolen or obtained unlawfully
You will erase all personal data before sale
For Buyers:
Second-hand products are sold "as-is"; the Company is not liable for post-purchase issues
New products are sold per manufacturer specifications; warranty terms apply if provided
Refunds or replacements will follow our return policy
8. Program Benefits
Employees of participating companies will receive access to exclusive deals and offers. Availability and terms of offers are subject to change based on merchant participation.
9. Payments, Fees & In-App Purchases
Fees must be paid in advance using approved payment methods
All mobile app payments must use Google Play Billing or Apple IAP
Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Applicable taxes, including VAT, are the user's responsibility
10. Subscriptions & Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior
Cancel via App Store or Google Play account settings
No partial refunds unless required by Indonesian consumer protection law

You retain ownership but grant a license for display/distribution
No posting harmful, illegal, or infringing content
Company may remove content violating Terms or Indonesian law

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms follow the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration or Indonesian courts.
